I was given a bolster-sized pillow cover as a gift. I realized I needed an insert that had squared-off sides, but I was having trouble finding one. Somehow, Majestic Pet’s custom replacement insert popped up on my feed. I sent two email messages asking if someone could help me with the sizing, but I never heard back. The contact form you are asked to fill out says that they will get back to you “immediately” but in my case “immediately” meant “never.” I couldn’t find anything else that was remotely close to what I was looking for, and the price was very reasonable, so I decided to just go for it with the measurements that I took, including the 3 inch thickness. The insert came within a few days. It is absolutely perfect and I am thrilled. The quality is excellent, and my pillow looks great. I’m so happy with it that I can almost forgive Majestic Pet for not answering my two inquiries. Hence the 4 instead of 5 star review.
