MajesticPet.com orders placed before 11:00 am Monday – Friday will generally ship same day or next business day (not including major holidays). Products are shipped from our west coast distribution center in Irvine, California.

Shipping options include ground and home delivery. Carriers include FedEx and USPS.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, please read the following guidelines before submitting a return. If you need to cancel your order before it ships please call us at (800) 692-2199 and provide your MajesticPet.com order number. Please have your order number ready when calling. If you purchased a Majestic Pet product from another retailer, please contact the store you purchased the item(s) from to request a return.

“Oh no my item is damaged.” 

Please call us within 7 days if the item(s) are damaged in transit or defective. Please keep the item(s), original shipping box and packing materials. For defective items, please contact us within 30 days. Please do not refuse the package or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. Please have your order number ready when calling. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) prior to returning any product. We will not accept any returns without prior return authorization. Please contact our Customer Service department for assistance.

“I changed my mind.” 

We know it can happen. Within 30 days after purchase you may request a return. Items must be in their original condition including all packaging, manuals & parts to qualify for a refund. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) prior to returning any product. We will not accept any returns without prior return authorization. It is your responsibility to ship the item back to us. If you refuse the package all incurred shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Note: your bank may take an extra 1-3 business days to post your refund.

“May I get something else?”

If you would like to exchange your item(s), please submit a return request within 30 days of placing the order and then place a new order online. Please keep the item(s), original shipping box and packing materials. Please have your order number ready when calling. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) prior to returning any product. Note: We will not accept any returns without prior return authorization. Sorry, we only accept returns for items purchased from MajesticPets.com for new unused products in resalable condition. If you have a defective product please contact our Customer Service department and one of our team members would be glad to assist you.
